Where is my order?

We receive a lot of questions about our order times. We work hard on sending every order as quickly as possible! However, please understand that all of our products are customized and printed on demand and needs time in production.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers' systems. International shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you will receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.

The Tracking Number says delivered, but I haven't received my order.

All domestic delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office.

How do discount codes work?

Only ONE discount can be applied at checkout. Add your discount code when you view your cart.

How do I order wholesale? 

Please contact us before ordering for a wholesale discount. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours. We offer 35% off every product + free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all wholesale orders.

Let us know which items you would like and how many of each item. We need to know this first to make sure we have enough of each item in stock. If we can accommodate your order, we will then email you back with your personal wholesale discount code.

MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER AMOUNT IS $350.

We also offer bulk discounts, which you can find on every product page for orders between 2-20+ items of the same product.

What are the store's cancellation and order modification policy?

For all other order cancellations and modifications, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Once the order request has been processed by our designers and manufacturers (generally within a couple hours), your order cannot be canceled so please email us right away if you notice incorrect information on your order or if you decide to cancel the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Custom-Engrave Jewelry Shipping Times

Production usually takes 2-3 business days (maximum of 5). Once the item ships, we will email you the tracking information.

United States 2-5 transit days
Canada 3-7 transit days
Europe 4-8 transit days
Rest of the world 6-10 transit days

***Note that orders of multiple items may ship separately for expediency, but there's no extra charge for this beyond the usual multi-item shipping rates.

General Shipping Times

Since all of our pieces are handmade to order or printed on demand, processing time may vary. During off-peak months orders are processed within 2-6 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days and ready for shipping. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left at check out. 

United States Orders

We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages in an average of 5 days after preparation and shipment. You will also receive notification about the tracking information when your order has been shipped.

International Orders

We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 9-13 Days and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification about the tracking information when their order has shipped.

Non-Custom-Engrave Jewelry Shipping Times

Since all of our jewelry pieces are handmade to order, processing time may vary. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left at check out.

What are your return and exchange policy?

Each order is customized and made-to-order therefore ALL ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item along with a proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the case where the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about our size and it is our customer's duty to measure on their end before purchasing. Find more information on our return & exchange section.
